Whilst the District may have structure and processes to allow it to carry out its business, it is the people that make it work.
These volunteers come from the affiliated Clubs and work with the Club Delegates (3 per Club) to make the District successful.
At present at District level all volunteers have had children involved in swimming (some a few years ago !!)
