2022 District Meet Registration Card – CURRENTLY SUSPENDED

DUE TO SUSPENSION OF COVID REGS, THE CARD SYSTEM IS CURRENTLY SUSPENDED

The District is introducing a Meet Registration Card to that can be scanned on arrival in the building and before each subsequent Session.
The use of the Card will allow quick confirmation of Attendance at each Meet Session and provide information for Covid “Contact Tracking” requirements.
It allows us to provide statutory requirements under COVID-19 protocols.  All information is processed in the strictest confidence and removed once no longer relevant.

ALL personnel attending a District Meet – Swimmers, STOs, Coaching Staff and Support Volunteers – are STRONGLY REQUESTED apply for a Registration Card.

You will require your Scottish Swimming Registration Number to complete the process.

Barcodes can be accepted at the Venue either in printed form or electronically on a mobile device.
Please ensure that you bring your code with you to aid with swift entry to the venue.  Codes will only be active for relevant swimmers on meet weekends.

Once applied for and received, the Registration Card will be valid for 2022, but when scanned will only be validated at a Meet that:

a) Swimmers has been entered for and Accepted.

b) Coaching Staff, Technical Officials and Support Volunteers have signed up for using the Volunteer “SignUp” for that specific Meet/Sessions.
