- District Age Group Records can be made at any Accredited Meet at any Venue.
- District “Open” Age Group Records are extracted from Age Group Records set at any Accredited Meet at any Venue.
- Age for District Age Group and “Open” Age Group Records is as at the day of the “swim”.
- With effect from July 2022, Records will be updated using an online check against times in the Swim England/British Rankings. Records not identified using this system can be claimed by the submission of an Application Form (see below) that should be submitted within 30 days of the swim, outwith this, should be accompanied by letter of explanation for delay.
