The two-day NxT Generation Home Nations Coaching Conference – Old Trafford Cricket Ground – 16/17 Nov 2018.
A unique Conference which gave Swimming Coaches across the country the chance to learn innovative techniques.
A wide range of speakers attended the Event. Coaches who work within the Home Nations’ National Talent Pathways had opportunity to share ideas.
Anthony Ryan (Dumfries) and Stuart McDougall (Stirling Swimming) attended the Conference, with support from Scottish Swimming West District.
Anthony and Stuart were invited to feedback and give a synopsis of the various sessions that they attended.
Feedback sessions were at the West District Pre-SNAGS Meet, Tollcross ISC, 2/3rd March 2019.
Anthony focused and presented an accelerated version of the Generation Z presentation, followed by an overview of the several other presentations.
