Session 1 Warm-Up Start 8.00am, Session 1 Start 9.05am, Session 1A Start 10.25am
Session 2 Warm-Up Start 11.25am, Session 2 Start 12.30pm, Session 2A Start 2.00pm
Session 3 Warm-Up Start 08.00am, Session 3 Start 9.05am, Session 3A Start 10.30am
Session 4 Warm-Up Start 11.25am Session 4 Start 12.30pm, Session 4A Start 2.10pm

The “xA” Sessions are the Finals and Relays and Finals will be followed by Relays
