No set dates have been allocated for the League Rounds.
Host Clubs (the top Club in the three in each Round and Group) to arrange mutually suitable dates for their Round Matches.
Clubs are able to host a Round before Christmas 2025, if all Clubs agree on a date.
If Host Club unable to host, other Clubs can replace Host Club
If no Club is able to host, please contact leagues@scotswimwest.co.uk and an alternative solution will be found.

All Matches to be swum by Sunday 3rd May 2026 latest.
Clubs are asked to submit their home round results to leagues@scotswimwest.co.uk ASAP after its conclusion.
Host Clubs must submit a completed Results Sheet, which must include all swimmers names in individual events.

The “A” and “B” Finals will take place on a day still to be arranged and details will be shared as soon as possible, once details have been confirmed. 
The “B” Final will be in the morning featuring Teams 7-12 (or 9-16, depending on which pool is used) in the final standings.
The “A” Final will be in the afternoon featuring Teams 1-6 (or 1-8) in the final standings.
